Jay phoned yesterday and, when I accepted his quote today (10th Jan 2019), he came in 3 hours. Was friendly and professional and had the appropriate tools. Completed the job (replacing an old smoke alarm) promptly. He took the time to explain how to change the battery and the meaning of the lights. I would recommend him.
