Great communication overall -sorted in a timely manner and managed well job completed as described - competitive quote. Workers (lads) were ahead of time and very polite. Even went to the measure of showing me what loft hatch they were installing all questions answered. Insulation put in done very well. No complaints whatsoever. Given the great experience have already contacted company to quote for some more work. Keep up the great work.

Plaster Skimming
David was great to start with. My job was completed in a day and his communication at first was strong. However, the problems arose after. I was told the plaster would take 4 days to dry... It actually took over a week to fully dry out. Upon drying I then started to notice quite a few imperfections to the work on the ceiling. There were trowel marks, grazes and scuffs. I tried to contact David to arrange for them to tidy up the marks and when arranging a date to check it out he never showed. I have tried to contact him several times since with no reply. I went with D H plastering because of their competitive price but I now regret my decision and wish I had paid that little bit more rather than have to pay for a second touch up plastering job with another company!!!

David replied very promptly and quoted the same day as his appraisal and started and completed the job 6 days later. they were quick and efficient doing a first rate job and leaving the room clean and tidy. I will definitely be recommending them to others.

Dave promptly got in touch. He was unable to work on the day we wanted but said he could come to us over the weekend. They worked hard all day and did the job to an excellent standard. Will have him back for future jobs.
