We found Ian to be brilliant. He gave a fair price for heavy landscaping in our garden, also kindly helping us with extra bits such as removal of our old shed. He was extremely punctual, tidy, and did the work to a fantastic standard (paving and border work). Excellent!! Ian is a lovely polite and friendly man. His quote was a lot less than I had been quoted previously and his previous reviews are of a high standard. So Ian is the man for me. Yes I would highly recommend him.
General Brick Laying
Very happy with the quality of the work. Ian replace an old air vent in the box room and also reduced the draft and noise that filtered in considerably. Very happy with the finish and it was done at a fair price!
Repointing
Ian was absolutely excellent, polite, professional and above all did a first rate job!! He did more than I had even thought about on my roof and was so communicative throughout the entire process which was so helpful as I had since moved out and was managing the job from a distance. Couldn’t recommend ian ware more if you’re looking for a roofer you can trust, won’t hesitate to use him again.

Ian turned up as agreed and did a fantastic job. Even when the scope changed midway, he did the extra bit with no fuss whatsoever. Ian is an excellent tradesman, most of all his integrity is exceptional as he keeps his promises. We got on very well and have become friends. I will certainly engage him for the next job.

Stonework / Stone Cladding
Ian repaired a stone window sill that was so badly broken it needed to be completely remade. He did such a good and thorough job that I asked him to restore all the other window sills on the property which were in need of filling, rubbing down and repainting. Excellent work at a good price - thoroughly recommended!
