About
Housemate is an independent property services company, looking after homes and properties across Exeter and East Devon.
We started with a pretty simple idea: getting work done on your property shouldn't be such hard work. So we're building the kind of property company we'd want to have around our own homes — straightforward, dependable, easy to deal with and genuinely proud of the work we do.
No call centres. No faceless quotes. No passing the buck.
Just good people, doing good work, and taking responsibility for getting things sorted.
