Water Tanks and Immersion Heater

Roof Repair
Joseph and his colleague did a really good job with replacing slipped/broken/missing tiles on the roof and cleaning all the moss etc from it. I appreciated Joseph's assessment of what needed to be done and not creating additional unnecessary work. I would have given 5/5 if his costing of the work was more transparent ie quoting time required and hourly price for labour/materials. Both came across as reliable and friendly tradespeople who I would highly recommend as roofers.

Guttering and Rainwater Pipe
My job was re-roofing an extension with ingress of water and damp and dealing with some leaks in gutters. It was an urgent job after the recent stormy weather and Joseph took it on straight away. He and Dino were prompt and efficient and tidied up well before departing after the job was done. Thank you.

Radiator
Not possible to give 5/5 as they did not manage to get to the bottom of the problem of certain non-functioning radiators. But Joseph and his colleague were good workers, and Joseph responded very promptly the next day when I reported that we were still having problems, and came to make further adjustments. Would happily recommend his services.
