only completed half the job, i paid him in good faith was meant to come back on friday an said he was running late then he said his partner was in hosp, asked for refund for jobs he hadnt done, send him bank details, this was 1 week ago an still no refund. the blinds he also put up dont go up with cord so im £130 out of pocket.
