We are experts in central heating repairs, with one of us being trained by British Gas and then working for a boiler manufacturer. Simon from Heat Team NE, rang, gave a quote for call out, attended and fixed the issue all within a 30 minute period. He explained clearly what he thought the issue was and on accessing the unit he was able to evidence his diagnosis was correct. Fast, efficient and polite service and a reasonable cost. Based upon our experience today I would recommend Heat Team NE to anyone.
