Four dinner table chairs that became loose after 5 years of use given to be serviced and glued. They were squeaky upon return and 3 weeks later more loose than before. When confronted the âcraftsmanâ was unbelievably rude and insulting. Poor craftwork and even poorer professionalism and character.
