Assisting with the conversion of what was once an Egg factory into units for use by individual business. I also carried out snagging works to new homes.
The work undertaken ranges from:
o Installing and cladding stud walls
o 1st and 2nd fix joinery.
o Installing toilets and wash hand basins.
o Repairing leaks, unblocking toilets/drains.
o Roof repairs.
o Painting
o Taking meter readings of each business and submitting to Quarters office staff.
o Collecting materials and delivering to different sites.

Since October 2018 I have been employed as a Fixed Site Engineer to carry out maintenance work at Covance Laboratories, Harrogate. Working form job sheets submitted by members of staff which detail the repair or new item(s) required. Complete the job sheet once the job has been done detailing the work, materials used and time taken. Adhering to the strict protocols and requirements for each section.
The work undertaken ranges from:
o Repairing door locks and fitting new ones
o Repairing handrails and skirting boards
o Locating and repairing leaks
o Office moves and re-decoration
o Constructing shelving and fitting
o Constructing of ramps to make the moving of equipment from labs easier
