Handy Woman - I have 20+ years experience with a very wide range of home and garden maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrics and joinery. I can put up shelves, plane doors, hang doors, replace locks, cupboards, handles, floorboards, skirting boards -fitted or replaced, etc. (Limitations: I don't do complex or ornate carpentry work that requires specialist knowledge).
Plumbing - toilet cisterns, flushing units, changed, leaks solved, washhand basins, baths, new taps installed/replaced, washing machines plumbed in, etc. (Limitations: I don't do gas boiler or any type of gas-based plumbing).
Electrics - Living rooms, hallways and bedrooms, out-houses, sockets and light switchs, installed or replaced; all manner of ceiling and wall lights, chandeliers, etc., hung and connected according to correct legal, electrical standards. (Limitations: I don't do electrics in bathrooms and kitchens as this requires a electrician who canfully certify the work).
