Less than 24 hours end to end process, posted the job and he was straight in touch, was there next morning at the agreed time to fix the issues (and one extra job we needed doing he has referred us on to a contact, who will be visiting later this week). Very polite, professional tradesman, worked quickly, no nonsense, straight to the point and fair, including a reasonable price quoted and paid. The work done is superb. Would call on again.
