Replace Kitchen Mixer Tap
Halls heating and plumbing services in Whitwick 1. Never used dust Sheets and the whole room was thick in dust and all over my new appliances 2. Drilled hole through wall from outside and went straight through my wall tiles - he measured wrong 3, he then left the hole he drilled wrongly unfilled 4. Broke my cupboard lights It took me all day to clean the mess and he made me remove all the rubbish myself
Halls heating & plumbingThank you for your feedback. I’m sorry that you were unhappy with aspects of the work carried out. To address the points you’ve raised: 1. Dust and cleanliness – I appreciate that drilling work and cutting of worktop can create dust. Before leaving, I cleaned the work area to a reasonable standard. I apologise if you felt further cleaning was required, if this had have been brought to my attention whilst I was still on site I would have, of course, cleaned this further. 2. Damaged wall tile – Unfortunately, one tile was damaged during the installation. I immediately accepted responsibility and offered to replace the tile at my own expense. You chose to accept the repair that was carried out instead, and I understood this matter to be resolved. 3. Unfilled 10mm external hole – I acknowledge that the incorrectly drilled hole should have been filled before I left, and I apologise for this oversight. 4. Cupboard lights – I do not accept responsibility for the cupboard lights, as there is no evidence that they were damaged during my work and you reported to me via message after the job was completed that one third of the lights were working. This issue was not brought to my attention while I was on site, which would have given me the opportunity to inspect and discuss it. Regarding the rubbish, the quotation did not include the removal or disposal of waste materials, and this is standard unless specifically agreed beforehand. As a gesture of goodwill, I deducted £50 from the final invoice to compensate for the minor issue of the unfilled hole and to apologise for the oversight

Replace Bath and Sink Mixer Taps
Very professional and helpful. Friendly and understanding. My toilet flush doesn’t work needs replacing but not a common part. However Conor invented a solution using everyday plumbing parts that saved me from getting the expensive bespoke part but also made it much easier for future fixes. Did an amazing job.
