Cut Back Thorny Tree Branches
I was called by Alfie who works for Greenscapes Group Ltd, a very short time after I requested a gardener. When I spoke to him on the phone I said I needed it cut down as soon as possible. I described specifically how I would like my tree to be cut down and also I like to cut and dispose of the masses of branches myself plus being a pensioner the price. He said all was possible and he would come on the following Monday (2 days after I phoned to request the job). He was as good as his word, and cut back my entire tree to within a short distance of every branch to the trunk. Then the following day I was able to sit from 10.15am to 8.00pm with an hour break, to cut all the branches and bag them ready to put in my green wheeley bin. Alfie had a very nice manner, and way of communicating and was cheerful. I have taken his details for my file and as this tree despite being drastically cut back almost to the trunk, the tree grows massively again I will have no hesitation next year when the tree regrows to contacting Greenscapes Group Ltd asking for Alfie to come back and help me again. You did have a formal estimate sent over before the work started as well as the invoice at post, the price of the job did increase because of the additional work you asked for (the additional cost was stated before the additional work was started) which was accepted by you and your wife. I’m sorry if you think the work is expensive however this is our pricing guidelines with all factors considered. You chose to accept the pricing and for us to carry out the work.
Hawthorne Tree Cutting and Trimming Removal
Absolutely brilliant from start to finish! Alfie reached out and was able to complete the job only 2 days later as I was in a rush. Professional and friendly from the get go, the team worked quickly and carefully, checking in with me that I was happy with the progress which was really helpful and overall the finished job was perfect. They were super tidy and made sure to clean up all the debris and even chopped an extra couple of bushes for us which was hugely appreciated! Highly recommend and would absolutely use them again.
Remove Mature Cherry Tree to Stump
I got a response from Alfie Stanley within an hour, he offered a nice solution and a fair price. The job was done the next day, the dangerous tree was removed from a hard to reach place and the area was left so tidy, like this tree wasn’t ever there.
