Unblock High Outdoor Waste Pipe
Arranged to come at 8am, booked time off work to stay in and no one showed up, no one answered the phone when we called and then the calls were diverted to voicemail. Ended up fixing it myself so probably saved me from paying out tbf but still would have been nice to know he wasnt showing up.

Absolutely brilliant firm. After lots of kerfuffle with hotmail and phone companies, spoke to Tom. Explained what had happened to the toilet. He suggested coming and having a look, I agreed. Arrived after an hour as he said he would. Took a look at it and new what it was exactly. Gave me a quote and agreed it.
