Glen was very professional, he phoned to say he would be arriving earlier than the booked time. He did a fantastic job of replacing the garden gate and we are hoping to book him for some further work. We are very pleased and will recommend him to friends.

Glen was informative, punctual and knowledgeable and I found his service highly professional. He's endeavoured to keep me updated with the lock order status and expected time of actions, whilst being very flexible.
