Where do I begin. Started brilliantly, they were in touch, promised they weren’t cowboys and were shocked about the job the last guys had done. Wanted to do this work as a surprise for my wife and they agreed to this. They came and did the job while I was on holiday and chased me for the agreed figure immediately. I paid whilst abroad and on my return was when the problems started. They left grout smothered all over my patio, up the fences, all over the stones, up the patio windows and all over the the grass. The grout was uneven, had gaps and was generally poor. Reached out to Fred and explained my unhappiness with the job and sent photos. He agreed the job was poor, apologised for the lads work and promised to come fix it. This was in June 2026. He failed to show up on the agreed date, failed to respond to any messages or calls. Then reached out to say his partner had gone in to labour and was, understandably busy. I wished them congratulations and asked him to get in touch when he was back working. Heard nothing so kept chasing after a few weeks. He finally responded to say they had had a bereavement and was not working. Totally understandable and offered our condolences, advised them to take their time and reach out when back in work. Heard nothing for months, then randomly they reached out saying they felt bad about the work and had some money to give me back. I explained I didn’t want the money, I just wanted them to sort the work out and that I was happy to wait for them to feel fit enough to return to work properly. This is now early September! Heard nothing back, despite the promises and finally messaged late September to ask them to agree a date to fix the patio winter months arrive. We agreed Saturday 3rd October. I offered to by the materials AGAIN, as we had already bought them last time. I spent another £45 on grout, Saturday came and went - no sign of him turning up. I text asking what time he would arrive and no response. It’s now 11th October and still no response to my text or to apologise for missing the agreed date. I feel I have been understanding, have offered council during their difficult times and given them plenty of time to get the issue sorted. But the terrible level of communication and promising to turn up and then not has left us having to now get someone else in to fix their poor work.

the turf laid all died within a week, due to it having a fungus. the block paving has all sunk into the ground where the cars have driven on it and looks a right mess. will have to get another company in to rectify all this as they are now igniring all calls, messages, texts etc

Turned up on time, finished the work within the time quoted and did a very good job of kaying the turf. Overall a really good job.

Fred responded as soon as I posted my advert, came out the same day to give us a quote and had finished the work within a few days at the exact price he quoted. Reasonably priced , fast and a good job, what more do you want? Thanks Fred.

Firstly they left 2 pallets on the drive which he has not returned for despite numerous emails. The grass is like straw in many places which I have asked again and again for him to get back to me. The grass has practically been watered every day even after sending him several photos he has not been back in touch.

The lads worked very hard in the heat digging out for the concrete slab, worked very quickly and finished to a high standard

the lads worked like trojens very tidy and cleared up left everything as was when came, will use again .

Fred was very quick to come and sort the problem out for me, which I am very pleased about. Would definitely recommend them to do any type of landscaping work, as they are professional, quick and give recommendations about what needs to be done. Thanks so much guys

Quick response and quote given, very competitive rate for the work. Job was completed to a very good standard and I was sent updates and photos of progress as I was at work when the job was completed. Very pleased with the work, my shed roof is now leak free and looks much better. Area was left tidy and all waste removed from the site. Would definitely use this contractor again.

I got a competitive price from Fred His team turned up on time and did a first class job They cleared away all the rubbish and did the job to my satisfaction Would recommend them for future projects Thanks Fred and your team
