I am Frank Eloka Unachukwu, the CEO Francrete Texturing Systems Ltd, Portharcourt, Nigeria.
I am skilled in concrete floor installation, landscaping and Screeding. Since the inception of my flooring company in Nigeria, I have done many increte jobs in collaboration with my team. I still have samples of my work to showcase if needed.
Over these years, I have gained valuable experience in flooring, landscaping and screeding. Being the CEO, I have also maintained good organisational skill, management skills interms of time, materials and projects that have helped in smooth running of my company. I possess good communication skills, attention to details, technical skills on use of tools, good customer service, staff welfare and support, timely remuneration of my staff. I possess physical stamina to perform demanding tasks such as lifting, carrying and maneuvaring materials. As a team player, I also work effectively as part of a team to achieve excellent finishing. I am a problem solver who easily adapt to situations, tasks and render possible solutions. I am talented in creating visually appealing and functional landscapes. In addition to these, I have basic mathematical skill for measuring, calculating and estimating project requirements.
Haven relocated to the UK, I believe that I have all the transferable skills to meet up with the requirements of your job description. In the spirit of continuous learning, I am willing to undertake trainings, learn new techniques and adapt to changing technologies to fit adequately into the system.
