Jack came and identified the fault and fitted the new part needed the very next day. I found him to be very efficient. It was nice to have someone who knew what he was doing and his charges were quite reasonable. I will call him again if the occasion arises.

I will NOT recommend or use Jack (Maidstone Plumbing and heating) again. He charged us £260 to replace the pipes under kitchen sink. His job was sloppy and not check properly! A week later we had water leaking through our kitchen floor tiles and is ruined and damaged by the water!! Iam so angry! To make it brief, Jack said he doesn't do trace and access service when we called him. We had to called another plumber in to found out the leaking was from the sloppy job of the pipes being replaced by jack (Maidstone plumbing and heating) we informed jack, he did not compensate or replace the damage to our tiles! I will NOT recommend him or will be using him again!
