FC BUILDING LTDDear customer, First of all you should specify that you have refused to pay the materials bought from my suppliers as we agree at the begging (with the quality,color and price at your request) .Was a considerable value for my company budget and even if usually we request the money before to the customers we had trust in your word and we have provide to you the materials paid wit our money.We never received the total value from you. After 4 working days of work,and after you said that the job is completed you told us to leave your house with the mention that you will give us the pay for our services after one week .We have pictures which can proof the quality for our work but we consider that will be more decent from you first to pay at least the value of materials and after to have a complain regarding our quality work.You called us today to tell us that you have a water leakage from your toilet and was affected the linoleum after was fitted.We are not responsible for your water installation in your home.When we left everything was ok and was no water in the bathroom. Our job was done ,and completed in real time as you requested from the beginning.I hope that you are happy with the FREE materials and FREE work provided. Best regards!
