We lost several ridge tiles after Storm Corrie. Within an hour of posting the job I was contacted by Darren. He came to look at the job and discussed the benefits of fitting a dry ridge system. The loose tiles and debris were removed from the roof to prevent further damage. After agreeing the price the guys came three days later and completed the same day. First class communication and very polite.

Flat Roof
After meeting Darren and agreeing the work and price we agreed that he would do the work in the next two days. I then received a call to say he would not be able to come due to the weather but he would come the following Monday or even the Saturday if he could, sadly Saturday and Monday came and went. He then promised to come on the Tuesday but phoned again to say he couldn't make it and would come on Wednesday. I told him if he didn't come then I would cancel the job and get someone else. Darren and the lads did come on the Wednesday and carried out all the work as promised. The work was carried out to a very high standard and I am please with the result, I would have given 5* had it not been for the delays. The lads work none stop and also carried out some small repairs they found while doing the work a very good team and left the area clean. Would recommend and also use again but deadline must be discussed and kept too.
