Guttering was cleaned and repaired to good standard and at a reasonable price.
Replace Soffits With Brown uPVC
Polite , friendly and efficient. Jake answered my many queries. He replaced rotten roof felt with new breathable membrane and fitted 3 new treated batons. Soffits were not rotten ,but needed attention, no need to replace, Jake cleaned, painted and replaced split vent strips. a very good job and left everywhere clean.
Refit Dislodged Cladding Tiles
Came out at short notice, repaired loose tiles and guttering. Good service.

Absolutely brilliant. Arrived the next day after super comms to arrange the best time. They completed the job quickly and professionally plus went the extra mile and also found a few more tiles that were damaged and needed replacing. 10/10 all round and I would definitely recommend.

Fix Leak in Pitched Roof
Jake came out to give me a quote on an issue I had where the pitched roof of my Victorian terrace was leaking and coming through the wall. He took a thorough look at the problem and diagnosed it efficiently and honestly. The quote was very reasonable and the work was completed promptly and with minimal mess. All rubbish was cleared and picked up soon after. I would not hesitate to use One Call Property Group again and recommend to others.
