Chimney Building / Repair
Kris and Eddie came round promptly to quote me on removing my potentially dangerous chimney stack. It wasn’t an easy job but they were very professional, they took all the necessary precautions and the time to ensure everything was safe. Nothing was too much trouble, they even went out of their way to do a few other bits and pieces I needed while they were on the roof. Thoroughly cleaned up when they had finished, did a tremendous job, thanks guys. Definitely have them back for more work in the future.

Flat Roof
Kris and Eddie came to look at the job and gave a reasonable quote, didn't pressurise but left it with me. I asked some questions later to which I got a quick and satisfactory reply. On asking them to do the work, they kept in contact to let me know when they'd be here, were happy to explain what they were doing, did a great job and left the area clean and tidy. They were easy to get along with, and gave an honest opinion. Importantly they identified what was the most appropriate course of action based on what was needed rather than proposing a gold-plated and expensive solution. For other related jobs, I'll definitely be getting in touch with them for a quote.

Guttering and Rainwater Pipe
Got Aquatite out to do the guttering front and back to my house. Was happy with the end result until February this year when it rains you can hear/see the water pouring from the guttering. Sent Chris a video of it in Feb and he agreed that it should be doing that and promised to come out to look at it. Up to now its still not been resolves. He ignores messages he either doesn't read them for days or just ignores them, doesn't answer his phone either and I have also left him a message on his mobile no call back either. Some thing has also dropped on the guttering at the from and now there's a hole. I'm a single mum and had to save for that which was over £500 and I can't afford to get someone else to come and rectify what he had done. Anyone considering using this company please reconsider

ESW Roofing&Building ContractorsUnfortunately, damage to the gutter occurring 6 months after a perfect installation is not covered under guarantee and will incur a charge to rectify. We do not take kindly to being harassed at 3 and 4 am to do the work for free
Flat Roof
Brilliant to deal with and worked extremely hard in very wet conditions. Would certainly recommend to others.
