We will charge you the labour at a daily rate , for the agreed amount of time
* We will also put you in touch with our trade suppliers , the UK's leading suppliers at the cheapest rates , and you will pay the trader costs without any hidden extras
* You will pay for the materials and any machine or skip hire
* You will pay Essex GW&C Ltd , the labour , per day including all tools, machinery that does not require hire, and fuels
* Any additional engineering services / lighting / power or any other works will also be under the same circumstances
Rest assured we take our clients happiness along with yours and our health and safety very seriously whilst on site , We give you our guarantee to give a top finish and Quality , working to regulation standards
+ 50% for Night Shifts
+ 20% for Sunday
Jobs such as base foundations would be done on price
We understand that the cost of everything is high at the moment,
but we ask before contacting our company , that you have a realistic understanding of the cost of things such as materials delivery charges hire costs
* We state that waste must be paid for and removed lawfully , at trade costs no profit by the client.
* We also state that any hire cost , excavator or specialist equipment would need to be at trade costs no profit paid for by the client
* And we put you directly in contact with the suppliers to pay the trade cost also no profit paid for by the client
* You literally just pay labour and no VAT
We are a civil engineering groundworks company not just the ground works company. We have build management teams. We work hard and fast we don't hang around.
