Enriched Building Services is a fully insured general building company based near Launceston, working across Cornwall and Devon.
We deliver new builds, extensions and refurbishments, plus specialist masonry and stonework (including dry-stone walls).
Our carpentry services handle first and second fix, door fitting, skirting and wall panelling; bespoke kitchens, staircases and cabinetry are made by Cliffords Joinery and fitted by us.
We provide gypsum plastering, plasterboarding and external renders such as sand-cement, K Rend and Cornish lime.
Our painting and decorating uses dust-controlled prep and low-VOC paints. We also install kitchens and bathrooms from any supplier, coordinate roofing with vetted partners, and offer maintenance, landscaping and a buyer’s house-viewing report with cost estimates. Free local quotes.
