Hello my name is sam I have been working in the building industry for over 10 years I completed plumbing and heating nvq2 at sgs collage when I left school,
I also worked for a plastering firm and a general Builder I have full understanding of all aspects of a building and can carry out the majority of the work myself and use reputable sub contractors for larger work loads and gas and electrical work.
I can help with general design of extensions kitchens and bathrooms and can read plans competently and adhere to all building control requirements
