Met with Paul and discussed the job. Paid a deposit to ‘order materials’ and arranged a date. Paul email led me that morning and then never showed up. Has cut off my calls and not responded to emails. I’m now out £233. Very poor, I will be taking the matter further

AVOID this company. I paid a 50% deposit to Paul Nicholas Johnston of Elite Locksmiths who then failed to turn up for the job & promised me a refund that never arrived. My bank is treating this as fraud.

I’ve posted a job and a man called Paul and Adam has been in contact. Adam came to see the job and seemed really genuwine and took a deposit from me of £800, its been over 2 weeks and he keeps giving me a date but is not coming or returning my phones calls or messages.
