I had a really positive experience overall. They responded quickly to my enquiry, clearly explained what needed to be done, and provided prompt availability along with transparent pricing. The job itself was handled efficiently and professionally. The only thing that caught me slightly off guard was an additional fee to take the item away, which I wasn’t aware of beforehand. It would have been helpful to have that mentioned upfront. That aside, I’d still recommend their service for their reliability and clear communication.

The handyman showed up early and was very good at explaining the problems I had requested some advice on as well as doing the job. The price was higher than the quote but this is because there were problems to fix outside of initial scope so I'm glad they took the time to fix the actual problems instead of just doing what I asked. All in all couldn't ask for more
