We had our fuse box replaced and Mr Mann could not have been more helpful and courteous, he was happy to answer all our questions. He and his son completed our job in a professional and satisfactory manner.

He did a terrible job and it very unprofessional. Took the money and did not fix the fans correctly. Now I have a fan in the bathroom that makes a strange sound and he won't come to replace it. Never use him. He will make all sorts of excuses to not want to fix a poorly done job.

Electric Mann LimitedCustomer bought a cheap fan which wasn't very good. We fitted it despite our reservation because he had supplied it. It failed in a week. When I asked for more money to come back and sort the fan out as it was not supplied by us he refused hence his attitude and disappointment. Had we supplied the fan, then it would have been covered by our 1 year parts and labour guarantee.

Turned up on time. Provided a printed quote. Provided good advice on preparing property for rental. I changed my spec as a result. Would be happy to give them more work andvtobrecommend to others.
