Laminate Flooring
Very good overall. Helpful and professional. However there were 3 problems which would stop us using them again. They had to move a toilet to install the laminate. When they left the flush wasn't strong enough to get rid of one sheet of toilet paper. A return visit fixed the flush but left us with a constant leak from cistern to bowl. We fixed that ourselves. The second problem came when they moved a settee leaving a long curved scuff mark on the floor. We couldn't shift this with cream cleanser. After a failed attempt by EJO to clean with wet wipes we received a Whatsapp asking us to try Pinkstuff. This worked - but we had to buy the cleanser and do the cleaning ourselves on a mark they had left. The third problem concerned cutting a piece of laminate only half way across near a doorway. This is hard to explain without a photo and unfortunately this can't be done on here. This was unsightly and they didn't have to do it on any other doorway. so I cannot understand why it was done in that way. They refused to sort this out and I will have to find another tradesman to do the job.
