    Specialising in all types of construction and installation of joinery structures and fixtures
    including but not limited to, maintenance works on domestic and commercial properties.
    This can range from schools, and privately-owned estates to social housing stock. Pre-
    inspection and assessing the scope of work. Estimating and proposing cost-effective build or
    repair solutions in required timeframes. Reading and interpreting construction drawings,
    plans and specifications. Recommend and source satisfactory materials. Collaborating with
    tradespeople, such as carpenters, architects, contractors, and project management teams to
    ensure project requirements are met. Monitor the standards of work of team members and
    provide technical advice and development guidance. Provide effective and regular
    consultation with customers. Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and
    organised environment.
