Install Integrated Washing Machine
Asked tradesman to fit a new washing machine in a tenanted property. I said if this was possible on the day after they had looked at the job, to go ahead. They assured me this was the case and completed the job there and then. However, the machine wasn’t fitted properly and kept bouncing out of the unit and was completely unusable. They damaged my worktops and refused to fix, telling me to just cover with laminate tape. Not even an apology. Refused to come back and fit machine properly, no refund given, no invoice as promised either. Don’t respond to texts, just a really poor experience all round, forcing me to approach CAB and Trading Standards.
