Initial communication was good, did the job the same day however as soon as I paid I had to keep chasing for a receipt and waited even longer for the guarantee despite being told they would be sent over immediately. For the price I paid - which, looking back, was extortionate considering it maybe took Dean one hour to complete, and the simplicity of glueing some felt down. £450?! I would not use again. Severely overpriced and he won’t follow up as promised after you hand over the money. Beware.

Dean came and reviewed the job. Suggested various solutions and provided a price. He completed the job the next week in a time fashion and to a high standard. All rubbished removed and site left clean and tidy. Highly recommended.
