Repair Dripping Kitchen Swan Neck Tap
Well worn tap was not able to be repaired so Dean went and purchased a new one for me. All fitted and working well, area cleared & old parts taken away. Dean is a very pleasant & a polite friendly man; me being an older lady on my own I felt safe & comfortable with him being in my home; I would use him again for any further work required therefore I would definitely recommend Dean.
Replace Dripping Kitchen Mixer Tap
Punctual, job done in situ which was difficult. Pleasant man.
Garden Tap Installation
Dean couldn't do the garden tap job due to logistics but agreed to fit two bathroom sink taps for £50p/h + materials. As I supplied the taps, Dean supplied the two connectors and the job took about 40 minutes I was shocked when asked for £130. I am disabled and housebound, I was really thrown by the cost and simply paid it to get him to leave. Later that evening I texted him and he replied "2 hours travel mate". That was never mentioned in the quote. I feel I was taken advantage of. You decide for yourself. Oh, he did do a good job though. Your money, your choice.
Replace Sink, Taps, Check Pipework
Dean did a brilliant job and was polite and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for any plumbing job.
Reseal Bathroom Sink Drainage Pipe
Polite and confident, was up front about his estimate and offered the pros and cons about some different parts that could be used for the job. I found his approach very helpful.
