Hi I’m Dave.. I’d like to share with you what experience and knowledge I’ve gained over many years of working in the Construction and Property Maintenance Industry. I’m a self employed multi trader and have a small team of experienced, qualified trades people who share my work ethic. This involves Refurbishments and Maintenance of Housing Associations, Rentals and Home Owner Properties.. I’ve worked with Estate Agents and Landlords.. Replace Leaking Iron S Bend Pipe
Very professional and trustworthy, fixed my problem with the pipes very quickly. Also very reasonably priced. Considering it was an emergency call out.
Flushing Radiators and Pipe Work
Dave was first rate. Power pumped the pipe work as asked, when this didn’t work, he looked again at what B Gas had said was fine, realised that the pump was faulty and replaced it. He balanced the system and now everything is working perfectly. He was clean and meticulous throughout. I couldn’t rate him more highly. ( and very reasonable pricing)
Ball Valve Replacement and Stop Valve Fitting
Dave is very skilled and I’m happy with works carried out by him.
