Dennis is really outstanding, both in terms of his ability to communicate, fairness, cleanliness and quality of his work. He does what he promised and more. I was able to live in the property while he was doing repairs, and I would have never guessed in the evening something was happening during the day, as he would leave the place incredibly clean every time. Thanks Dennis and without any doubt, I will hire you again.
