I have been sole trading for over 30 years. Over this time I have undertaken various building projects spanning from building extensions to attic, garage, kitchen and bathroom conversions. I provide service over all aspects of work that includes but isn't limited to:
-Core Services
Kitchen and bathroom fitting.
Loft conversion works.
Roof works including chimney stack removal.
Plastering and plumbing.
Low bearing wall removal.
Insulation, including EWI and IWI (external/internal wall insulation).
Work spanning all aspects of carpentry + joinery.
Landscaping and non-traditional housing builds.
-Full Project Management
I work with a broad ranged, small team that works under one roof, taking your project from planning to completion and offering in house services ranging from architectural design, electrical and gas.
We deal directly with building control on your behalf, provide architectural design, and structural engineering calculations.
-Accreditations & Qualifications
I am SSIP accredited which enables us to work alongside major utility companies including welsh water. I hold a QCF level 6 diploma in career guidance and development and have MSTS and NASC certification. We are also insured.
