Dean was very professional with me from first contact right through to the end; he offered me support for delivery of my oven from the retailers to my house for a very minimum fee, removed the old one and installed the new one within the time frame as he had indicated, and cleaned up after he had completed the fitting He talked me through on how to use the new oven he was pleasant; I genuinely appreciate his support. I recommend him highly
