I called him on Wednesday night to confirm that all was well for him coming on Thursday and he said that he had given his roof ladders to a friend. I ask how he was going to paint the exterior of the dormer or the eves as my roof tiles had just been painted. I also asked him to bring a copy of his third party insurance. However, he sent me a message just before he was due to arrive with no explanation as to why he was not now coming. He is not professional and his behaviour does none of us any good especially the reputation of your company. I will try you one more time and I hope that you can provide a professional painter as I have several other things that I need help with.
