I can describe Shaun as: trustworthy, reliable, competent, thorough, polite, patient and respectful. Last but not least, excellent value for money. He took the time & trouble to look further than what we thought was the problem, clearly and with photographic evidence identified & explained the causes of the problem, provided a solution and answered all the may questions we had.
Chimney and Valley Roof Repair
Pleasant lad. Roof repairs are weather dependant so you need to bear that in mind .... also if he is good he will have other jobs to be doing. The job seems to have been done well and was a reasonable price ..... but it is a roof and I am not going up there to check it out ;o) Two tiles were broken during the work and were replaced without me having to say anything!
Chimney Flashing Replacement
Very professional took pictures of the problem, explained what needed doing. Arrived on time kept showing me what he was doing. Contacted me a few days later to see if everything was ok and it was. He wants me the check the loft next week also to see if it’s still ok after all the rain. Would definitely use this company again.
