Clean Gutters and Fascias Three Sides

Clean Moss and Debris from Gutters
Extremely disappointing experience – I would not recommend I hired County Roofing & Home Improvements through MyJobQuote specifically to clean my gutters. I paid for the job believing that the gutters had been properly cleaned, as I obviously cannot get onto the roof myself to inspect their work. I later had another roofer attend my property for an unrelated issue. While on the roof, he took a photograph for me which showed that a substantial section of the gutter had been left untouched and was still full of debris. I was extremely disappointed to discover this, particularly because the area that had been left was right alongside sections that had been cleaned. During the original visit, I was also advised about other issues with my roof and agreed to pay County Roofing & Home Improvements to carry out additional work they recommended. This makes my experience even more disappointing, as I trusted their professional advice and paid them for additional work while believing the original gutter-cleaning job had been completed properly. Once I discovered the problem, I contacted them and gave them the opportunity to put it right. I was told someone would return on Thursday. Nobody came. I chased again and was then told someone would come on Monday. Again, nobody came and I wasn’t contacted with an explanation or update. When I pursued the matter further, I was eventually told that it was “only a little bit of dirt” and was asked not to leave feedback. What I found particularly concerning was that I had never sent them the photograph, so they had not actually seen the section of gutter they were dismissing as “a little bit of dirt.” I eventually raised a formal complaint with MyJobQuote and supplied my evidence. MyJobQuote attempted to contact the tradesman regarding my complaint but received no response. I have since been informed by MyJobQuote that my complaint has been upheld and recorded on the tradesman’s account. Mistakes can happen, and had somebody simply returned and finished the job as promised, I would not be writing this review. My issue is the combination of paying for a gutter clean that was not fully carried out, repeatedly being promised that somebody would return and nobody turning up, having the problem dismissed without them even seeing the evidence, and then their failure to respond to MyJobQuote. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend County Roofing & Home Improvements.

Replace Two Loose Roof Tiles
Jack managed to reseat the tiles and repointed them as they were near the ridge tiles, cleared the gutters of the debris as well

They guys at county roofing are very professional, quick and affordable. Had a few quotes and these guys came out on top with quality work to match. Highly recommend. Will use again.
