I am the Managing Director and founder of CMK Construction, a civils and groundworks contractor built on high standards, skilled teams, and smarter site coordination. With over 15 years’ experience delivering major enabling works, highways, and infrastructure projects across London and the South East, I launched CMK in 2022 to bring consistent, reliable delivery under one structure. CMK now works with principal contractors, developers, and specialist partners to deliver complex, safety-critical packages with minimal disruption and full compliance. That hands-on operational experience also led to the creation of GroundIntel, a digital workforce and compliance system co-developed with Darren Lazarus. GroundIntel reflects how we operate at CMK—site-first, transparent, and built for real-world delivery. I continue to lead CMK’s growth with a focus on people, precision, and safe, professional execution.
