Extremely unprofessional and rude. Having asked for my home address did not bother to acknowledge, contact, or reply more than 24 hours have passed quite pathetic really.

The company was very quick to respond as well as to give me a quotation. I appreciated a personal visit of the tradesman as opposed to a video conference offered by other companies. The completion of the job was prompt and professional. The only setback was paperwork. I had to wait a couple of days for a written company warranty.

Some of silicon sealing was done not as tidy as i expected but in general i am satisfied with the result.

Very friendly And tidy, good advisor, he done fantastic job and very hones, I have bifold big door was wrong size but he managed to fit it in, wasn't easy job but he done it very well, save me a lot, I have been seen other traders they said I need to buy new bifold door but he managed. top trader, definitely I will use him again and I will recommend it to anyone
