Richard was polite courteous informative . Was able to obtain the part required before arrival . Fitted cleaned up and everything was done in a very professional way. As for the appointment time arrived to the second. Price very very good. I would as an x construction site manager recommend Richard to anyone that requires an honest reliable heating engineer. Now looking forward to booking in the boilers full service in the summer ready for next winter. Many thanks Richard
