Absolutely brilliant, replied to me really fast, and came the next day to install my cooker. Richard is an extremely nice guy, and very professional, if I ever need a gas engineer in the future I will definitely call Richard. He arrived on time and left everything very clean and tidy on leaving. Many thanks Richard, also for coming out on a Saturday afternoon because I had no means of cooking a meal.
