His team was very professional and had a friendly manner throughout. They were extremely informative, and their honesty was actually the main reason I decided to go ahead with the job. One thing I really look for when getting work done is regular updates, and they were excellent with this. They kept me informed at every stage of the job, which I really appreciated — especially as the work I needed wasn’t straightforward. Despite that, they managed to get everything completed in the end. They fixed my living room door and also changed the locks on both my front and back uPVC doors. The invoice they sent was very clear and detailed, which made everything feel transparent and trustworthy. I would definitely hire them again in the future if needed.
