Surrey / Sussex-Building Company, CHEL Building Solutions Ltd was established by former LEATHWAITE technical director shortly after the Covid crisis. Multiple award-winning development company, LEATHWAITE directors decided it was time for them to move on and explore new avenues. Corté decided to use his skill sets and long established relationships with suppliers and contractors to help others to progress their building dreams or renovating their own properties.
CHEL has evolved over the last 40 plus with a wealth of experience that covers refurbishment projects, extensions newbuilds, groundworks and timber frame buildings, combined with the last 25 years of building in highly efficient, insulated concrete formwork known as ICF.
So whether you require a new build home or decorating services it’s likely we will have a tradesperson on the team who can help.
