I recently had work done by Clive Brown, who was recommended to me by CB General Builders, and i honestly cannot praise him enough. Not only did he do an absolutely excellent job, but his price was so fair that I ended up giving him a tip and double what he charged me- that’s how impressed I was . In all the years I’ve had trades people in my home, Clive is by far the best I’ve come across. His level of respect, professionalism, and care was outstanding. He kept the room spotless throughout the entire job, and even washed his hands before starting - something I’ve never seen another work man do, and i would recommend him to absolutely anyone without hesitation 💯 thanks again Clive.

I am hoping this review may help others looking for work to be done in their house. I posted a job I needed doing and CB General Builders responded. I decided to invite Clive Brown to take the job and I am very glad that I did. The standard of work was very high indeed and Clive is someone you really can talk with to discuss detail. An initial problem with materials (I had bought an incorrect electrical fitting) was dealt with professionally and pleasantly. This is one of those occasions when I feel I made absolutely the correct choice to ask Clive to take this job on.

Repair Rotting Corner of Door
Couldn't have asked for a better result. Clive was brilliant from start to finish. The price was great and the workmanship was 10/10 in a really difficult job. There were a few unforseen issues with how badly rotten the door was, but these weren't an issue for Clive, who simply took it upon himself to solve the problem. A really nice guy and I would recommend him for any type of job, big or small!
