Welcome to Carpenter & Son Construction. As the name suggests, we are a family run company that was formed in 1990 by Fred and Steve Carpenter. This tradition is being kept alive with the addition of Steve's son and daughter to the business.
We are a general building company based in Cheltenham that serves the local counties and Cotswolds. Over many years we have specialised in both commercial and residential projects from renovating nursing homes to home extensions and new builds.
Our projects have varied from prestigious bespoke Cotswold stone buildings to grant aided repair works, but each project receives the same dedication and attention to detail. Our motto is you're only as good as your last job because it's hard to earn a good reputation but easy to lose it.
To this end, we are proud of our work force which combines experienced professional tradesmen with a younger generation training for their future skills. Indeed, we encourage all our employees to undergo continual training, whether that be health & safety courses or relevant trade qualifications. Our belief is that a happy workforce is a productive one.
