From the start, caused water to leak into kitchen by not properly switching off the isolating valve. Walked off the job uncompleted leaving me with a leaking cistern. No answer or response to multiple calls and texts. Had to call another plumber to fix the issue and complete the job.

Very good communication. Great and quick availability. Tom was also really understanding about the fact that someone in my household was shielding, and found a way to work around that. Will 100% call on Tom in the future for any handy man needs around the house.
