Hello, my name is Bill from BRM Design and Build.
Here at BRM Design & Build Ltd, we offer exceptional loft conversions and extensions to transform your living space and bring your interior vision to reality. Based in Essex, we also offer our services to the London and Hertfordshire area. We have over 15 years’ hands on experience in the building industry, taking pride in all our work and putting customers at the heart of our business.
We can assist you with a design to build project or if you have already had plans/ drawings done we can take over from there.
We also offer other services such a roofing maintenance and landscaping.

I had a loft conversion, new windows, new bathroom, roof light and quite a lot more. I am absolutely over the moon with the high standard of work. Nothing was too much trouble for Bill and his team. They arrived when expected and were always polite and thoughtful. My son and neighbour are using BRM for their extension now. I would very highly recommend this company.

Loft Conversion
I googled ‘I need a loft conversion’ and luckily BRM provided a quote and references! As a woman living alone I am delighted to say how pleased I am with the service, everything was done just how I wanted it and all the guys were friendly who worked hard and got it done before the time quoted! Roof Repair
Initially a ridge tile replacement but chimney repointing was also done as was required anyway, a cost was agreed prior to the work and Bill arrived on time and done a top job, very pleased

Flat Roof
Very happy with the work done by Bill. Was very helpful in attending when was convenient to my tenant and carried out the repairs on time and at a reasonable price too. Kept in touch at all times to let me know how it was going and left the house tidy. Very professional job and have no hesitation in recommending to others. Work is guaranteed and met all my expectations. Thanks for the quick job Bill!

Roof Cleaning
I was very impressed with the service I received from Bill at BRM not only were they on time but they were early. They'll seem to know exactly what he was doing and got on with the job in hand. Once he completed the job he told me if I have any problems do not hesitate to contact him and he will be happy to help.
